What is climate control?

Climate control is a feature that we offer at both of our facilities. Our climate controlled units
maintain a temperature between 55 and 80 degrees. Severe cold or hot weather may damage
items stored, this feature helps protect your belongings from extreme temperature swings.

What is a drive-up unit?

A drive up unit is an outside unit that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from
you vehicle.

 What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5×5, about the
size of a closet, up to 10×30, big enough for 7 or 8 rooms of furniture. Determining the right size
is easy with the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?

An outdoor unit is most often a drive-up unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. An inside unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit which may be on the first floor or may require you to use an elevator to go to another floor of the facility.

What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed.

What should I do if I forgot my access code or lost the key to my lock?

You should contact the property directly to let them know and to discuss what can be done.

Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?

If the unit size you want is available at your facility, then yes you can move into another unit. Your local facility manager will be able to assist you in that transition.

What do I need to do to move out?

We require 10 days written notice before vacating. We ask that you stop in our office and fill
out a vacate card. On your scheduled move-out date, please make sure the unit it completely
empty and swept out, your lock has been removed, and you have notified the Store Manager.

What are the hours I am able to access my unit?

Our sites have 5 am-11 pm access hours every day and office hours M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat- Sun 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
